CRE Property Supervisor

About the role

Sustainable Property Company (SPC) is looking for a Commercial Property Supervisor to take full ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets (retail centers, office towers, and showrooms) and act as the central link between owners, tenants, and the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lease & Rent Operations: Negotiate lease terms, manage renewals, and process evictions.
• Financial Management: Oversee rent collection, develop annual budgets, and control expenses.
• Property Maintenance: Schedule repairs, supervise contractors, and preserve high-end building aesthetics.
• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce adherence to local zoning laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for landlords, occupants, and corporate stakeholders.
• Marketing & Occupancy: Execute targeted marketing campaigns to secure high-quality commercial tenants.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven track record overseeing operations for commercial real estate portfolios.
• Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial landlord-tenant laws and compliance frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to resolve tenant disputes and brief landlords.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking capabilities to manage vendor schedules and tight deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
